What you’ll achieve
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for developing sophisticated systems and software, working with other technologists to build software solutions.
You will:
Act as the voice of the customer to guide all stages of software development, including user story development, sprint planning, and prioritization of the product backlog.
Understand business and end-user needs; identify and prioritize features to be delivered to meet those needs.Work with business and technical stakeholders to develop and document user stories.
Create and execute a compelling vision and achieve the Product Goals based on business value and ROI.
Own the release plan to ensure the highest customer value.
Essential Requirements
5+ years of technical experience, proficient in coding languages including C#.Net framework, Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF) and Universal Windows Platform (UWP).
Solid knowledge of Scrum events, artifacts, and roles.
Basic financial skills and understanding of the financial elements of the product such as cost per sprint, estimated business value of a feature, etc.Professionally Certified as a Product Owner.
Ability to manage stakeholders and expectations and maintain a healthy backlog of ready stories for the next sprint.
