What you’ll achieve

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for developing sophisticated systems and software, working with other technologists to build software solutions.

You will:

• Act as the voice of the customer to guide all stages of software development, including user story development, sprint planning, and prioritization of the product backlog.

• Understand business and end-user needs; identify and prioritize features to be delivered to meet those needs.Work with business and technical stakeholders to develop and document user stories.

• Create and execute a compelling vision and achieve the Product Goals based on business value and ROI.

• Own the release plan to ensure the highest customer value.

Essential Requirements

• 5+ years of technical experience, proficient in coding languages including C#.Net framework, Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF) and Universal Windows Platform (UWP).

• Solid knowledge of Scrum events, artifacts, and roles.

• Basic financial skills and understanding of the financial elements of the product such as cost per sprint, estimated business value of a feature, etc.Professionally Certified as a Product Owner.

• Ability to manage stakeholders and expectations and maintain a healthy backlog of ready stories for the next sprint.
