As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing business needs, defining requirements, and working with various stakeholders to deliver effective solutions for risk management, and compliance challenges. You will be responsible for bridging the gap between business objectives and technical solutions, ensuring that our products and services meet client expectations and regulatory standards.
How will you make an impact?
- Gain an in-depth knowledge of Contact Engine products and their usage, staying apprised of new and upcoming features.
- Understand project requirements and ensure these are also understood within the engineering team and transformed into a suitable development solution.
- Conduct consultations with key stakeholders, at appropriate points during the development of a new feature.
- Identify and produce appropriate user stories, in collaboration with architects and developers, with clearly defined acceptance criteria.
- Take ownership of assigned projects (including complex projects, and those of both a technical and business nature), including progression of associated user stories, presenting stories to the development team, and ensuring the quality of delivered work.
- Serve as a product ambassador, sharing knowledge and answering questions related to the product.
- Provide feature overviews and sprint demonstrations.
- Participate and represent Product in appropriate sprint ceremonies, such as stand up, estimation, planning, retrospectives etc., as required.
- Assists in carrying out investigations or analysis for requests from the business.
- Perform thorough manual testing of new features post-release, ensuring the requirements of the user are met.
