Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program or project management
- 5 years of experience working in materials management, supply chain, manufacturing, operations, hardware development, and program management.
- Experience in New Product Introduction (NPI) supply chain management.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Research, Operations Engineering or other relevant field.
- 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience in multiple aspects of hardware operations.
- Knowledge of typical hardware BOMs, process documentation, and assembly and test processes.
- Ability to effectively communicate project requirements and schedules.
- Excellent leadership, analysis, quantitative reasoning, problem-solving, creativity, and strategic skills.
