In this role, you’ll:

The working student will assist with various operational tasks such as but not limited to:

  • Work closely with sales teams to support sales strategy and daily operations (responsible for CRM data, Accuracy and quality of the information);
  • Build Materials and contents for SAP Customers;
  • Drive Sales Specialists Executives to deliver KPIs area on committed deadline;
  • Structure social media content for SAP Retail Portfolio and Brand;
  • Work closely to SAP Partners providing operational information and also support on sales;
  • Support on post sales activities.
  • Prospection of new opportunities through campaigns with customers (identify new leads, including cold calls and mkt campaigns supporting sales team);
  • Responsible to work with Customer in order to turn them as success references for Retail Industry;
  • Review and support Retail strategy and plans for all related net new, expansion and/or renewals opportunities

Who you are:

  • Studying IT, Engineering, Business Administration, Sales operations, Social communication or related areas;
  • Good communication skills in English;
  • Ability to work as teamwork;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel;
  • Good oral and written communication skills;
  • Analytical, structured, process-oriented, with a logical mindset;
  • High commitment to deadlines and quality;
  • Ability to work independently;
  • Ability to create and structure content for social media;
