Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the development and deployment ofsignature client and leadership experiences that create elevated relationship-building opportunities.
  • Drive and ensure creativity, consistency and connectivity to broader firm messaging, services and solutions.
  • Generate both internal and external materials (e.g. communications, digital and project plans) for process, awareness, distinction, demand generation and people swagger.
  • Team with other specialty groups – Creative Services, Meeting & Event Services, Digital Center of Excellence, Communications – as well as the business toamplify, maximize and execute upon our investments.
  • Ideate and develop new tactics and fresh content to support client experiences that position EY as a transformative and technology forward leader.
  • In touch with industry trends and best practices, particularly in the context of sports and events, to elevate the firm's marketing initiatives and internal programs to best in class.
  • Design, implement, and evaluate communication plans that effectively convey key messages from external campaigns and sponsorships to engage employees.
  • Work independently to resolve challenges while maintaining an active dialogue with leaders and stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills – make the complex compelling.
  • Oversee and optimize various communication channels to ensure effective dissemination of information and engagement with employees.
  • On-site event management ensuring successful execution of activities and programs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in marketing, brand or sponsorship activation.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
  • As a portion of this role involves creating time-sensitive materials for clients (internal and external) and the activations of programs in a fast-paced environment, efficient time management and prioritization skills are essential. Extended, flexible hours and travel are sometimes required.

  • We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $72,100 to $134,900. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $86,600 to $153,300. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
  • Join us in our team-led and leader-enabled hybrid model. Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
