This role ismeaning associates typically spend about half their time (2-3 days per week)are enterprise- wide

Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday
are in-person days for associates to spend time together working in our beautifully-designed team areas.

In this role you will uncover impactful insights that drive strategy and decision making. To do this you will…
  • Lead research to support product development and go-to-market strategies and tactics, including the optimization of marketing communications
  • Leverage a network of research suppliers and employ DIY survey approaches to execute studies
  • Present and socialize insights to business partners that drive business decisions
  • Actively seek and evaluate new approaches for unearthing insights
  • Maintain a network with internal business partners to identify research needs and share insights
  • Effectively integrate primary research, customer data, secondary sources and marketplace intelligence in select analyses to tell holistic stories
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Military Experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in a marketing research or consumer insights role on the vendor or corporate side
  • At least 2 years of experience executing research projects, both qualitative and quantitative
  • At least 1 year of experience analyzing results from statistical modeling
  • At least two years of experience in Microsoft Excel
Preferred Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of financial services experience
  • Experience with Prodege, Pollfish or Qualtrics research platforms
  • Experience in SQL, Tableau, SPSS or STATA
