This role ismeaning associates typically spend about half their time (2-3 days per week)are enterprise- wideTuesday, Wednesday and Thursday

In this role you will uncover impactful insights that drive strategy and decision making. To do this you will…- Lead research to support product development and go-to-market strategies and tactics, including the optimization of marketing communications
- Leverage a network of research suppliers and employ DIY survey approaches to execute studies
- Present and socialize insights to business partners that drive business decisions
- Actively seek and evaluate new approaches for unearthing insights
- Maintain a network with internal business partners to identify research needs and share insights
- Effectively integrate primary research, customer data, secondary sources and marketplace intelligence in select analyses to tell holistic stories
Basic Qualifications- Bachelor’s Degree or Military Experience
- At least 2 years of experience in a marketing research or consumer insights role on the vendor or corporate side
- At least 2 years of experience executing research projects, both qualitative and quantitative
- At least 1 year of experience analyzing results from statistical modeling
- At least two years of experience in Microsoft Excel
Preferred Qualifications- At least 2 years of financial services experience
- Experience with Prodege, Pollfish or Qualtrics research platforms
- Experience in SQL, Tableau, SPSS or STATA
