Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
Experience in the HR field, and with Corporate Operations Engineer (CoE) disciplines and local employment law.
Experience with local labour law and a labour relations environment.
Ability to communicate in Dutch fluently in order to communicate with the local labour officials.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience with cross-functional collaboration and driving decisions with multiple stakeholder groups.
Experience implementing large-scale HR projects, risk management/mitigation and supporting change management, business readiness, communications, and training activities.
Ability to deliver, and manage multiple simultaneous priorities.
Excellent problem-solving, and communication skills.
Excellent change management, critical thinking and analysis skills.
