About the role:

This position will sit within the Omnichannel Marketing team. In this role, you will be working with multiple stakeholders (digital, multichannel marketing, product managers, customer & commercial excellence, sales management) across the organization to analyze metrics and deliver insightful data and analysis.
You will be supporting in the activities in order to translate data into meaningful interpretations, recommendations, and implement process improvements. The metrics and analyses you will develop will serve as a key input into marketing decision-making.



Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Translating business questions into projects that will inform strategic and tactical decisions. Identifying insights to drive an increase in engagement in Omnichannel campaigns.
  • Analysing the performance of marketing campaigns and making recommendations for future campaigns.
  • Providing ROI analysis of all multichannel marketing campaigns. Developing expertise in the channel metrics across the owned and earned digital marketing channels to make informed and knowledgeable recommendations for channel mix.
  • Analysis of lead generation and sales conversion funnel performance feeding insight into the sales and marketing teams to drive change management.
  • Learning and performing advanced analyses to identify KPI's and drivers of customer behaviour.
  • Presenting analytical findings in a visually compelling manner, with action-oriented recommendations that answer key business questions to key stakeholders.
  • Helping drive core insights from the data to suggest multi-channel testing strategies that drive fundamental improvements to customer journey engagement.

What are we looking for in you?

  • A person with a positive attitude that brings enthusiasm, energy and passion for excellence
  • Fluent English (Level B2 or higher)
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Data Science/Statistics/Life Sciences or related fields
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Power Point
  • Attention to detail without losing sight of the big picture
  • Proactivity
  • Analytical/statistical skills
  • Capable of working within a remote environment both independently and as part of a team.
