You will Become an expert on the user journey for Cherre's existing client base Document the user experience and the steps that users take once they are signed up for the platform Collect and communicate feedback from users back to the product and engineering teams Leverage tools such as Mixpanel and Fullstory to understand the user journey within our products Ensure marketing and sales have access to the assets needed to sell and market our products Work closely with design to enhance the product experience You must Be product-focused and ready to dive deep into the problems we solve for our end users Have data-driven processes to develop your UX design Have experience in building products for data pipelines, data quality, and data warehousing and/or commercial real estate investor and asset management Have at least 5 years of experience in UX for SaaS products Benefits Competitive Base Salary Equity Paid Parental Leave Unlimited Vacation Flexible Work Schedule Compensation range: $150,000-180,000 / year
