Key job responsibilities
- Identify new segments and unlock new strategic partners with best-in-class service.
- Maintain a high level of engagement from potential partners and proactively identify the challenges they are facing. Build relationships with key stakeholders across the portfolio.
- Identify and lead complex projects or initiatives to solve seller pain points and improve experience.
- Manage external partners and negotiate service prices.- Track and report performance using appropriate metrics. Achieve productivity and seller satisfaction targets
- Bachelor Degree.
- 3+ years of business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business experience.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Project Management skills (regular updates, Program flashes, audits, review meetings, process audits).
