Roles & responsibilities:

  • Be the one point of contact for Leadership on all Talent related matters
  • Design and execute various Talent initiatives to drive greater awareness and uptake on Talent processes
  • Create Partner Matters dashboards on monthly basis and enable business to take inclusive decisions
  • Drive performance management process for leadership – 2 cycles in the year with greater compliance and 100% goal setting
  • Engage with leadership to ensure smooth on-boarding and consistent experience for partner hires
  • End to end management of Partner promotion process (requires month long travel to Mumbai at a stretch)
  • Designing policies which are inclusive and propagating the same till the last employee through innovative campaigns
  • Deploying various leadership development interventions targeted to leadership including mentoring, career sponsorship, coaching, wellbeing, etc.
  • Driving compliance on various mandatory inclusive learning programs, wellbeing offerings, benefits, etc.
  • Study best practices and bring in innovation
  • Create high-quality document preparation, presentation, collaterals, frameworks, review documents

Qualification
