The Operations Specialist will provide hands-on support for company events, configure and maintain IT hardware, troubleshoot software and hardware issues, and manage software licenses. Additionally, this role will respond to IT support tickets, troubleshooting hardware and software issues on Apple and Microsoft devices, both on-site and remotely. The specialist will play a key role in maintaining an efficient IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth A/V operations, and optimizing internal IT processes while providing first-level support to employees globally.

The Operations Specialist will provide hands-on support for company events, configure and maintain IT hardware, troubleshoot software and hardware issues, and manage software licenses. Additionally, this role will respond to IT support tickets, troubleshooting hardware and software issues on Apple and Microsoft devices, both on-site and remotely. The specialist will play a key role in maintaining an efficient IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth A/V operations, and optimizing internal IT processes while providing first-level support to employees globally.

  • Global IT Support – Provide 1st-level support to all monday.com employees worldwide.
  • Event Support – Provide IT support for company events, including setup, troubleshooting, and live assistance for A/V and conferencing systems.
  • Multimedia Management – Maintain and support IT-related multimedia needs, including video conferencing, meeting room technology, and content streaming.
  • License Management – Track, allocate, and manage software licenses, ensuring compliance, cost efficiency, and timely renewals.
  • IT Equipment Management – Configure, install, and maintain office technical equipment, including laptops, printers, monitors, and IT peripherals.
  • IT Support & Troubleshooting—Respond to IT support tickets and troubleshoot hardware and software issues on Apple and Microsoft devices, both on-site and remotely.
  • Operational Efficiency & Documentation – Develop documentation, improve workflows, and support automation efforts to enhance IT operations.
Your Experience & Skills
  • 2+ years of IT support or Help Desk experience with a focus on operations.
  • Hands-on experience with A/V systems, multimedia technology, and software licensing.
  • Ability to manage IT software licenses and provide global support across time zones.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Excellent ability to install, administer and troubleshoot computer hardware, and software (Mac OS X- big advantage)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
