Job responsibilities

• Support payroll administration;
• Process HR data and reporting;
• Support local activities relating to onboarding and off boarding;
• Process benefits enrolment;
• Execute HR vendors invoice processing;
• Maintain high level of risk and controls management in line with the firm’s processes;
• Ensure all employee data is fully up to date in HR systems and applications by performing periodic reviews and reconciliation;
• Establish & maintain strong relationships with HR colleagues;
• Partner with various internal and external stakeholders (e.g. Finance, Audit, Legal);
• Provide contingency cover and support for the HR ED&SE team in the MENA region.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Knowledge of local market, culture and local employment laws across multiple jurisdictions in the MENA region;
• Fluent in English and Arabic;
• Thorough understanding of control environment and mastering of control processes;
• Fast learner, team player; good communication skills;
• Numerical skills, attention to details;
• Strong analytical skills;
• Self-starter, time management;
• PC skills in Excel, Word and Power Point.
