Work in partnership with the Head of P&O and P&O Business Partners on key people priorities 2025.
Shape strategic projects in collaboration with the regional P&O team on topics of development & learning, the new normal and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion.
As a member of our Sandbox, actively drive P&O MEA collaboration and take the lead in organizing P&O events.
Be close to the business and have direct interaction with managers / employees. Support the P&O team with P&O operations.
Use your skillset and digital mindset to spearhead improvements and collaboration.
Support various P&O activities and onboarding activities including organizing Welcome days
Your success is grounded in
An enrolled Bachelor’s or Master’s degree student with majors in Human Resources, Communications or similar.
A highly motivated, engaged, and passionate team player
Someone who brings a unique perspective to our team and voices their opinion
Attention to detail and good analytical skills
Excellent communication skills
Highly responsible and able to work independently
Digital native
