What you´ll do

As a Digital Sales Development Executive, you will work with a team focused on sourcing and nurturing demand to growfootprint inlarge-enterprise accounts

The purpose of this new digital role in large-enterprise is to extend SAP's market coverage in the large-enterprise segment by generating new pipeline and business through:

  • Working with Sales, Business Development and Marketing on a yearly strategic plan to create pipeline through Demand Generation "DG" campaigns on dedicated accounts.
  • Being an active part of sales account and territory planning to infuse the strategic DG plan.
  • Execution of a DG plan with the support of own skills and an innovative set of digital tools (including videos, AI, etc.) and assets in relation to the solution and the buying persona in the targeted accounts.
  • Sales development driven by our own digital campaigns (Outreach Campaigns, Cold Calling, e-mail actions, etc.) as well as receiving leads from collaboration with Marketing to be converted into sales opportunities.
  • Nurturing leads received from other demand generation functions will also include activation and progression of stalled sales pipeline.
  • Being part of the sales process by addressing new buying centers, driving unique value propositions with business departments and hand-over of ready opportunities to sales.
  • Documentation of all campaign execution and opportunity management activities by leveraging all state-of-the art sales automation tools and digital modalities.
  • Manage the customer prospect or buying personas relationship, collect the necessary deal qualification insights and create a seamless customer experience with sales up to deal closing.
  • Drive a data-driven and structured approach for all running and upcoming activities; be a trusted advisor for digital sales and techniques to the account team.
  • Leverage the Digital Hub ecosystem, a team of best practices and structured certified training together with individual growth opportunities as digital sales expert.

What you bring

  • Have a bachelor´s or master's degree in business administration, Management, Marketing, or comparable
  • Fluency in German and high level of English skills
  • a few years in a professional role in SAP or comparable, ideally working with customers
  • Preferably Digital (Remote) Experience, specifically in high volume of customer facing experience with digital tools
  • High volume activity working environments, involving phone and a Customer Relationship Management system
  • First knowledge on digital selling or social selling techniques, ideally from work experience or personal interest in videos, social networks
  • Effective communication skills paired with a value-based and structured approach
  • You like to work in a dynamic and agile environment of young digital talents and team players
  • SAP product experience and/or prior business software experience is a plus
