- Performs the planning and execution of quality assurance / quality control activities during the lifecycle of the product/project in alignment with the development team.
- Performs the 4 eye principle with the project manager and the scrum master.
- Performs the management of Quality Team resources.
- Supports the implementation of the Cloud Qualities in the project/product.
- Supports the development teams with best practices and processes of Test Strategy. Automation, CI/CD, DevOps.
- Participates actively in the risk management process of the projects.
- Escalate to the Accountable Engineering Manager in case she or he observes that quality goals are sacrificed for cost / timeline reasons.
- Advises the customers how to establish the required QM activities on customer side
- Performs QM status reporting in the Project Tracker tool.
- Ensures together with project team and the PM compliance with respect to SOX, IP and ISO 9001 using tools like ISP, cPro.
- As a member of the global QM team, she/he actively contributes to the QM community and engages in continuous improvement.
- Project management and Scrum framework skills.

What you bring:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technology related field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, etc.) required.
- Professional experience in Quality/Testing Management.
- Good customer management skills.
- Competencies to work with Public Sector customers.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Teamwork, pro-activeness and focus on results.
- Ability to pick up knowledge in new areas very fast.
- Experience with agile development methodologies.
- Experience with software quality assurance and test methodologies
- Experience with cloud native solutions is a plus.
