Essential Duties:
• Rack, build, cable, configure, and provision Intel and Advanced Micro Devices (AMD) servers.
• Rack, cable, and deploy Cisco Layer 2 networking equipment.
• Troubleshoot, test, quality assurance of server hardware.
• Professionally resolve hardware issues via trouble ticket.
• Operating System Installation Windows Server, Linux, Unix.
• Rack, cable, and deploy Cisco Layer 2 networking equipment a plus.
• Web Server and Database installation experience a plus.
• Must be able to work in this country without company sponsorship.
• Must be fluent in English.
• Must be willing to learn quickly, multi-task, and work in a fast pace environment.
• Moderate knowledge of PC hardware concepts and component installation.
• Basic knowledge of various internet-related services and software (mail, web, DNS, etc).
• General understanding of computer networking concepts.
• Customer focused attitude with some previous customer service experience.
• Network wiring/cabling experience a plus.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• 3-5 years’ experience with Windows and Linux Platforms
• 3-5 years’ experience with computer/server hardware
• Certifications are not required but a plus.
