Your key responsibilities

We’ll look to you to interact directly with the customer, stakeholders, and subject matter resources to coordinate, validate and socialize in one or more areas of technology transformation. Your responsibilities will also include to manage, assess, and implement changes to the related deliverables. You can expect to help our clients with technology-enabled transformation to achieve their business objectives.

You’ll be asked to provide support for partner airlines, airport connectivity, and compliance assurance. Additional responsibilities include:

  • Demonstrate depth of knowledge in all things related to biometrics, particularly in facial recognition technology (FRT)
  • Provide biometric technical expertise and thorough analyses for Test and Evaluation (T&E) reviews, metric analysis and development on current/future biometric related efforts
  • Become trusted technical advisor to client as they engage with partner airlines and other DHS components on demonstration concepts involving biometrics, specifically facial.
  • Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of TSA acquisition processes, particularly in conceptualization, initiation, design, development, test, contracting, and deployment.
  • Provide onsite implementations of technology as needed
  • Work closely with clients to understand their systems and provide expertise in implementation and integration into the client’s solution

  • Strong leadership skills and excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Stakeholder management, data modeling and knowledge of IT
  • Aptitude and willingness to work to become a trusted advisor to clients who share in your passion for all things biometrics
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into plain language that are digestible for a range of stakeholders to include privacy, legislative affairs, senior government officials, and the traveling public
  • Expertise in assessing and applying technology to modernize aviation operations preferred
  • Ability to work in a high-demand, fast-paced environment
  • Ability to establish, maintain and strengthen internal and external relationships
  • Ability to create innovative insights for clients, adapt methods and practices to fit operational team and cultural needs, and contribute to thought leadership
  • Anticipate and identify risks, and escalate any issues as appropriate
  • Develop people through effectively supervising, coaching, and mentoring staff; help create a positive learning culture
  • Conduct performance reviews and contribute to performance feedback for staff

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • A Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred)
  • 5-8+ years of professional, relevant experience
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance or higher, which will be driven by the engagement requirements

  • Secret Clearance or higher
  • Master’s Degree

What we offer
We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $141,200 to $258,900. The salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $169,500 to $294,300. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options. Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
