The candidate is required to develop an in-depth expertise in product operation, applications, and customer processes.
Collaborate with critical customers to ensure KLA products are adopted and applied to their unique problems.
Support for pre-sale activities that include product demos, product presentations, development of technical papers, and support at trade shows.
Support for post-sale activities that include customer training, customer support, understanding customer processes, and development of new use cases.
Support for internal customers such as service, engineering, and operations.
Qualifications
Master's Level Degree OR Bachelor's Level Degree with at least 2 years of experience.
Degree in Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Material Science or related field.
A background in IC processing OR Semiconductor equipment is desirable, but not mandatory.
Ability to perform complex data/image analysis using data-analysis tools.
Teamwork is critical so having a good balance between technical skills and people skills is a must.
Must have excellent communication, organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills. Candidate will be required to frequently present results to internal as well as external customers.
