Travel and calendar planning 4 SVP’s
Manage, review and submit expenses in Concur
Provide support on Teva Dashboard Toolkit services, handle logged tickets and follow up
Back up support as moderator for ad Hoc meetings
Maintain My Teva and MS Teams channel and provide updates org charts etc
Documentation management TPE – back up support to local EU business lead (20%)
Provide support Contract Cover Sheet and Scope of Work process, create, follow up, signing and completion
New vendor management. Creating new vendors using all needed applications and draft documentation needed as TPDD - IIRC EngaMate – Bid waivers
Ariba process management: Raise, maintain and close PO’s for in header mentioned departments
Review all incoming invoices and approve in Readsoft. Invoice management: Draft support forms NPP
Facilitate digital signing on all documentation requests submitted on TPE signing portal. Review incoming documentation on completion, process via DocuSign and secure storage digital vault
Your experience and qualifications
Excellent administrative skills: Organized, focused and attention for detail and value focused
Excellent Outlook skills: experience in multiple calendar planning, independently maintaining all calendars to executive needs
Travel planning: skills booking combined trips to multiple destinations in communication with local support functions
Strong knowledge Ms Office 365 applications using OneDrive & digital platforms
Feels comfortable in making decisions independently while identifying risks which need to be escalated
Fluent in English; all communication is in English
Strong on-line communication skills , multi-tasking
Experience in developing solutions for top level management (problem-solving skills)
Team player, i.e. experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative and multicultural environment
