Your Career

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Global Deal Governance Content Manager to create and maintain comprehensive documentation for our global deal governance teams. This role is crucial for ensuring consistent processes, efficient enablement, and effective communication across the organization. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining a centralized knowledge base, providing documentation for system and process enhancements, and ensuring timely dissemination of critical information regarding issues and workarounds.

Your Impact

  • Documentation Creation and Maintenance: Create and maintain centrally accessible and standardized documentation for global deal governance teams, including process flows, policy guidelines, training materials, and FAQs - This involves collaborating with various stakeholders to gather information and ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Enablement Documentation: Provide clear and concise documentation for enablement sessions on enhancements to systems and processes for global GTM governance and operations teams - This includes creating user guides, training materials, and release notes
  • Issue and Workaround Documentation: Document known issues and workarounds, ensuring proper dissemination to global teams through appropriate channels (e.g., knowledge base, email updates, team meetings) - This includes tracking issue resolution and updating documentation accordingly
  • Knowledge Base Management: Manage and maintain the central knowledge base, ensuring information is easily searchable, up-to-date, and accessible to all relevant stakeholders
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Legal, Finance, and IT, to gather information and ensure documentation aligns with business needs. Communicate effectively with global teams to ensure they are aware of updates and changes
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve documentation processes and workflows, contributing to increased efficiency and knowledge sharing
  • Version Control: Maintain proper version control of all documentation to ensure accuracy and avoid confusion

Your Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field or equivalent military experience required
  • Proven experience in technical writing, documentation, or knowledge management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in documentation tools and software (e.g., Confluence, SharePoint, Google Docs)
  • Experience in sales operations or deal desk is a plus
  • Experience working with global teams is a plus

Compensation Disclosure

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $104000/yr - $167000/yr. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus. A description of our employee benefits may be found .
