YOUR FUTURE ROLE

We are looking for a passionate Senior ABAP Developer for our team in Sofia to work on exciting global topics projects. In this role you will:

• Work on new projects in the Cloud to drive the adoption of SAP’s flagship ERP product SAP S/4 HANA Cloud Public Edition.

• Play a crucial role in pioneering the integration of modern AI capabilities, actively shaping the infusion of Generative AI features right from the beginning. This is a rare opportunity to make a significant impact and be part of a groundbreaking journey.

• Gain valuable insights into critical Business Processes at the core of S/4 HANA Cloud, while engaging directly with our large customer base.

• Lead and own the entire development process, from designing and implementing user-friendly UIs to developing robust back-end functionalities and ensuring seamless integration with other SAP products.

• Guide/ lead architecture decisions in your team based on industry standards and best practices, lead adherence to architectural principles, SAP product-specific guidelines, and product standards

• Design, code, test and assure quality of complex product features via Agile techniques.

• Verify that the delivered product meets the functional and design requirements and sign off on delivery.

• Investigate, analyze complex problems; and resolve critical issues

• Be an expert in the, a cutting-edge Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) offering for ABAP Cloud Development.

• Be an expert ofto drive integration of cloud-based processes, services, applications, events and data.

YOUR PROFILE

If you are self-driven and flexible, you are a perfect fit for our team. Further role requirements are:

• Degree in Engineering / Computer science or equivalent subject

• Proficiency in software design principles and object-oriented design.

• Strong programming background and excellent technical skills in ABAP, ABAP OO, Data Dictionary, Function Module, OData & CDS.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.

• Team player and ability to work successfully in culturally diverse environments.

• Good English language skills (written and verbal)

• At least 5+ years of relevant experience
