Required/minimum qualifications
- Master's Degree or equivalent AND/OR 3+ years experience in Learning and Development, relevant technical roles, business development, quota management, human resources (HR), customer success, collection management, research/restoration evaluation, industry, or program/project management OR Vocational qualification or higher education degree (e.g., Bachelor's Degree) AND/OR 5+ years experience in Learning and Development, relevant technical roles, business development, field or sales, HR, customer success, collection management, research/restoration evaluation, industry, or program/project management OR equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience in event marketing.
Additional or preferred qualifications
- Master's Degree or equivalent AND 6+ years experience in learning and development, relevant technical roles, business development, field or sales, human resources (HR), customer success, collection management, research/restoration evaluation, industry, or program/project management OR Vocational qualification or higher education degree (e.g., Bachelor's) AND 8+ years experience in learning and development, relevant technical roles, business development, field or sales, HR, customer success, collection management, research/restoration evaluation, industry, or program/project management OR equivalent experience. Microsoft Fundamentals, Coaching (e.g., International Coaching Federation), Project and/or Program Management Professional, archival, or a similar certificate.
- Demonstrates commitment to career development and continuous or consistent learning through formal and informal efforts (e.g., change management, design thinking, management training, online courses).
- Analytical abilities and experience with industry research
- Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration and project management.
- Creative and innovative mindset with a storytelling approach to marketing

Responsibilities
- Coordinate the end-to-end event strategy for the Microsoft Learn presence at various events
- Represent the event strategy to various stakeholders across WWL,Engineering,Global Marketing,and Cloud Marketing.
- Develop and oversee the eventspecificbudget and timelines.
- Understand target audiences, monthly performance metrics, and the landscapes.
- Monitor and analyze program results toidentifysuccesses and areas needing improvement.
- Drive the development and execution of long-term event strategies, including identifying key opportunities, settingobjectives, and measuring success
- eviewingweekly status with stakeholders andidentifyingareas of risk for delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-organization stakeholders to define and execute strategic event plans, ensuring seamless integration with broader marketing strategies.
