Your Career

In the Value CoE Strategy Executive role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the PANW value methodology and scalable frameworks to embed value across the customer lifecycle. This includes creating scalable customer assets, market-facing intellectual property (IP) assets, and new tools and frameworks to support the field teams. You will play a critical role in shaping and driving the strategic content that enhances value selling across the organization, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effectiveness.

Your Impact

  • Value Methodology & Messaging Framework
    • Develop and maintain a comprehensive value methodology that aligns with the company’s strategic goals
    • Create and refine a value messaging framework to ensure consistent and compelling communication across all channels
    • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to ensure value messaging is integrated into all customer-facing content
  • Content Creation & Strategy
    • Build and manage scalable customer assets that can be easily adapted and utilized by sales teams
    • Develop market-facing IP assets that position the company as a thought leader in the cybersecurity space
    • Create new tools and frameworks that support the field in value selling, ensuring they are equipped with the resources needed to engage effectively with customers
  • Collaboration & Integration
    • Work closely with enablement teams to embed value messaging and tools into the sales process
    • Collaborate with Center of Excellence (CoE) leads and product teams to align on messaging and content strategies
    • Support the creation of strategic frameworks, including capability maturity models and discovery guides, to enhance the value-selling process
  • Performance Measurement & Improvement
    • Measure and analyze the performance of content and strategic initiatives, using insights to refine and improve methodologies and assets
    • Develop strategies to improve the effectiveness and adoption of value selling across the organization
    • Drive performance management for the BVC team, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and continuous improvement in value delivery

Your Experience

  • At least 12+ years of experience in strategy development, content management, or a related field
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing value methodologies, messaging frameworks, and strategic content
  • Strong experience in creating and managing scalable assets and tools for field use
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrated ability to measure and improve the effectiveness of content and strategic initiatives
  • Experience in the cybersecurity or technology industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field - advanced degree preferred or equivalent military experience

Compensation Disclosure

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $270,000/yr to $315,000/yr. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus. A description of our employee benefits may be found .
