As an Email Platform Engineer at JPMorgan Chase within the corporate sector, you will be a
technical design authority delivering Email products services and integrations to our workforce. Working with other engineering & architecture groups across the wider technology organization you will deliver robust and secure Email platform, which can operate at scale.
Job responsibilities
- Deliver technology service, automation, and platform strategy, advancing the business and technology products, roadmaps and disciplines.
- Articulate to more experienced management a technical strategy in clear, concise, understandable terms.
- Demonstrate ability to conceptualize, launch and deliver multiple IT projects on time and within budget.
- Executes creative solutions for the design, development, and technical troubleshooting for problems of moderate complexity
- contribute to development and implementation of technology, strategy, and policy to drive business value enabled by expert knowledge of enterprise technology architecture principles and software development practices and tools.
- leverage analytics, usage patterns and telemetry to understand, troubleshoot and resolve issues and build proactive measures to mitigate future issues.
- Adds to team culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and respectect
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Formal training or certification on Exchange deployment concepts and 5+ years applied experience
- Demonstrate ability to conceptualize, launch and deliver multiple IT projects on time and within budget.
- Experience in M365 tenant migrations at an enterprise scale
- Experience in automating administrative tasks using PowerShell or other scripting languages.
- Have a track record of delivering automation for repetitive tasks.
- Extensive knowledge of Azure Active Directory, Azure AD Connect, and managing identity in a hybrid environment.
- Detailed knowledge of Email Security and Hygiene.
- Experience in Technical writing of Engineering documentation.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Skills such as scripting, automation, and SMTP (Linux, Send Mail, Postfix) are also desirable.
