Job responsibilities

• Deliver technology service, automation, and platform strategy, advancing the business and technology products, roadmaps and disciplines.
• Articulate to more experienced management a technical strategy in clear, concise, understandable terms.
• Demonstrate ability to conceptualize, launch and deliver multiple IT projects on time and within budget.
• Executes creative solutions for the design, development, and technical troubleshooting for problems of moderate complexity
• contribute to development and implementation of technology, strategy, and policy to drive business value enabled by expert knowledge of enterprise technology architecture principles and software development practices and tools.
• leverage analytics, usage patterns and telemetry to understand, troubleshoot and resolve issues and build proactive measures to mitigate future issues.
• Adds to team culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and respectect

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Formal training or certification on enterprise level deployments of Exchange 2013-2019 plus Exchange Online Hybrid deployments concepts and 5+ years applied experience
• Demonstrate ability to conceptualize, launch and deliver multiple IT projects on time and within budget.
• Experience in M365 tenant migrations at an enterprise scale
• Experience in automating administrative tasks using PowerShell or other scripting languages.
• Have a track record of delivering automation for repetitive tasks.
• Extensive knowledge of Azure Active Directory, Azure AD Connect, and managing identity in a hybrid environment.
• Detailed knowledge of Email Security and Hygiene.
• Experience in Technical writing of Engineering documentation.

• Skills such as scripting, automation, and SMTP (Linux, Send Mail, Postfix) are also desirable.
