General Responsibilities:
Conduct in-depth analysis of ATM performance metrics to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
Deliver executable business requirements, collaborate with development, quality assurance, and other teams to ensure successful delivery of the full product lifecycle.
Monitor and maintain ATM monitoring systems to proactively identify and address issues impacting ATM performance.
Partner with internal teams and third-party vendors to address and resolve software defects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies to optimize ATM operations and drive business objectives.
Participate in the planning and execution of ATM maintenance activities, including software updates, hardware upgrades, and repairs.
Serve as a subject matter expert on ATM operations, providing guidance and support to internal teams and external partners.
Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST
Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
At least 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office or Google Suite products
At least 1 year of experience in Business Process Management, Project Management, Relationship Management or Risk Management
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
Lean or Six Sigma certification
At least 1 year experience with SQL
At least 1 year experience with monitoring and dispatching applications/systems
