In this role, you will build deep relationships with market leading ISVs in AWS Marketplace. You will partner closely with AWS Marketplace, AWS Partner Organization and Field Teams, to ensure that our prioritized ISV Partners can drive accelerated growth and efficiency to meet the requirements of AWS customers. You will also manage projects across internal and external teams to help scale, and effectively create and position programs that benefit the ISV, along with AWS customers and reseller partners.

- 3+ years of business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
