As the AMER AWSMP Consulting PDM, you will be responsible for managing a small book of the top-producing AWS Marketplace Channel Partners. This involves establishing a regular cadence with these partners, co-creating ambitious goals and strategic plans, tracking and reporting on year-over-year production, advocating for additional funding and program support, and graduating partners to the next level of account management. You will also work closely with key stakeholders at the partner organizations to ensure alignment on operations, sales, and training initiatives. Additionally, you will collaborate cross-functionally with AWS teams to build a cohesive "one-team" approach to partner support and align on key strategic priorities.

- 5+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience
- 5+ years of professional or military experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
