Key Responsibilities and Tasks
1. Executing Targeted Outbound Campaigns via phone, chat and email.
2. Building, progressing and converting pipeline.
3. Nurturing leads received from other demand generation functions and progressing stalled pipeline.
Campaign Execution & Lead Management:
• Plan and execute call and e-mail activities to generate leads using the most efficient means together with manager and GTM team
• Support and cooperate with Digital Hub, Corporate Marketing, Solution Specialists and Sales Executives
• Align with Sales colleagues for effective territory planning and execution, covering all routes to market
• Generate and qualify leads through proper means (phone, chat, email, marketing campaigns, etc.) in alignment with management
• Pass qualified leads to Sales resources for opportunity management and execution
• Regularly review lead pipeline and progression. Proactively give qualitative and quantitative feedback to Digital Hub and Marketing on campaigns using standard procedures and reports
Training & Enablement:
• Assist in activities to enhance demand generation and product/solution skills
• Be active part of either classroom, e-learning, virtual classroom or mentor-led activities
• Complete and validate all requested enablement in a timely manner
Experience and Language Requirements
• 1 to 2 years of experience in Demand Generation or Inside Sales environment
• High volume activity working environments leveraging phone, social, and digital modalities
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience
• English Language for ANZ Market
