The role is performed Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm. Operational hours change to 8am to 5pm in alignment to Daylight Saving Time.
QualificationsMinimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Requirements listed would be obtained through a combination of industry relevant job experience, internship experiences and or schoolwork/classes/research.Must be pursuing or complete a Technical or Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field. 2+ years of experience in lieu of a degree.1+ year of contact center experience.1+ year of HR shared services experience.Advanced English written and verbal.Proficient knowledge in MS tools (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.)Must have permanent-unrestricted right to work in Costa Rica.
