Qualifications
  • 10+ years of industry experience with a minimum of 5+ years of Azure Infrastructure experience
  • Must have a degree in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent work experience. Higher relevant education preferred.
  • Must be Microsoft Azure Administrator certified. Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification is a plus.
  • Terraform Associate certification will be an added advantage
  • Experience in Application development and infrastructure will be an added advantage

Must Have

  • Working knowledge of Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF)
  • Azure IaaS and PaaS in compute, storage and networking - experience of leveraging the same and designing, implementing, and deploying Business Mission Critical applications
  • Experience in leading Azure landing zone design and implementation
  • Knowledge on Networking - VNet, ExpressRoute, vWAN, Ingress/Egress patterns and services, NVAs.
  • Expertise in Azure DevOps and YAML configuration of pipeline
  • Experience on any one of - GitHub, GitLab, and Jenkins. General idea of others is fine
  • Automation experience using ARM templates/Bicep /Terraform/PowerShell/CLI with experience in deployment of infrastructure in module-based approach.
  • Experience in leading large scale cloud migration project teams using tools like Azure Migrate and implementation of Azure monitoring and security best practices is a plus
  • Proven hands-on project experience, preferable in large-scale customer environments
  • Have experience in multiple sectors and industries
  • Solid experience in leading and conducting customer workshops
  • Solid customer facing project experience involving solution design, project envisioning, planning, development and deployment of complex solutions
  • Knowledge of Cloud platform design principles
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly
  • Passion for mentoring, training peers and sharing knowledge
  • Good communication skills and presentation skills
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum methodology
  • Experience in building autonomous agents using platforms such as Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, or GitHub Copilot.
  • Skilled in deploying AI solutions with openAI and semantic kernels on cloud services like Azure, AWS, or GCP.
  • Knowledgeable about fairness, transparency, and bias mitigation in AI systems.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify AI opportunities and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Experienced in leading workshops or training sessions on AI and agentic thinking.
  • Ensure compliance with ethical AI standards and data governance policies

  • Collaborates with the customer/partner team of Chief Information Officers (CIOs), other C-level executives, and technical and business decision-makers to align customer vision with solutions. Manages risk and Services business goals within large engagements.
