Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 5+ years experience in business
    • OR Master's Degree in in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 3+ years experience in business
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • Experience in Budgeting and Forecasting

Additional or Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to influence across multiple levels of the organization.
  • 3+ years Budget and Forecast experience
  • Experience driving large projects from start to finish.
  • Proven ability to think strategically and creatively, while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Passion for developers and experience nurturing customer relationships at scale.
  • Strategic mindset including interpreting data to inform strategy and execution.
  • Collaboration skills with experience developing relationships with a diverse range of partners.
  • People management and team building skills, with a commitment to fostering diversity and inclusion.
  • Software developer background

Responsibilities
  • Engage developers across in-person and digital communities. Every developer will become an AI developer, and many more people will become “developers” because of AI.
  • You will build programs to engage developers and help them on that journey with Microsoft. Through end-to-end adoption campaigns, compelling content in events, clear offers and ways to bring developers on the adoption journey, you’ll be responsible for increasing the customer base worldwide.
  • You will lead scalable community programs to stimulate interest, excitement and engagement with the developer audience.
  • You will build and maintain partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, such as product, engineering, sales, partner, and integrated marketing teams, to develop insights and align goals, priorities, and plans for the developer audience.
