Deployment Enablement
  • Lead deployment efforts for select accounts, collaborating with partners (application and device providers), customers, sales teams, and system integrators.
  • Develop and maintain runbooks, technical documentation, and enablement materials to standardize deployment processes for joint solutions and scale success.
  • Provide hands-on support and guidance during deployment challenges, ensuring flawless integration and issue resolution.
  • Act as a feedback channel to engineering, product, and executive teams, sharing insights on deployment successes and areas for improvement.
Partner Ecosystem Engagement
  • Nurture strong, strategic relationships with ecosystem partners at all levels, from CEOs to engineers.
  • Guide ecosystem partners through technical challenges and foster collaboration to improve deployment efficiency.
  • Advocate for partner needs within Cisco and ensure alignment with Cisco Spaces capabilities and strategic goals.
Customer Success Focus
  • Drive adoption of partner apps and devices for joint solutions
  • Work directly with customer teams, often front-ending conversations, to ensure successful deployment and integration of partner solutions.
Continuous Improvement
  • Regularly update and report on partner deployments, detailing performance, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop enablement content, such as training materials, runbooks, and technical documentation, to support ecosystem partners, sales, and integrators.
Qualifications
  • Technical Competence : Strong understanding of IoT, Smart Spaces, application development, and cloud technologies.
  • Structured and coordinated
  • Executive Engagement : Outstanding ability to communicate and influence at all levels, including with technical teams and senior executives.
  • Relationship management : Skills in maintaining strategic relationships and collaborating across diverse teams and organizations.
  • Autonomous Leadership : Self-starter with the ability to interpret executive vision and translate it into actionable, impactful plans.
  • Hands-On Approach : Extensive experience working with customers and partners to deliver successful technical deployments
  • Cross-Functional Influence : Ability to work optimally across product management, CX, sales, and engineering teams.
  • Adaptability : Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
