Responsibilities include custom application development and bug fixes related to improving the reliability and scalability of Servicenow Platform and ITOM application.
This includes implementing support for multiple databases, adding support for NoSQL as an alternative document store integrated into the platform, instrumentation of the ServiceNow platform to provide new insight into performance problems.
– Data mapping and transformation
– Create and maintain dashboards/reports
– Utilize best practices for object-oriented and modularized software.Experience in ServiceNow System administration, ITSM, CMDB, Self Service Portal, Service Catalog development
– ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
– Must have handled Platform Upgrade
– Ability to support 24*7 support model
– Good Communication and Analytical skills
– Fluent conversational English
