This includes implementing support for multiple databases, adding support for NoSQL as an alternative document store integrated into the platform, instrumentation of the ServiceNow platform to provide new insight into performance problems.

experience in ServiceNow System administration, ITSM, CMDB, Self Service Portal, Service Catalog development
– ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
– Must have handled Platform Upgrade
