Drive project definition, resource management, milestones and timelines. Work cross-functionally to ensure necessary project support and prioritization. Ensure tight inter-team coordination and communication. Grasp complex technical topics and abstract key issues and risks into an actionable form for executive management. Effectively and consistently communicate overall program status. Strong presentation and communication skills required.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in EE, ME or related field
  • 5 years relevant industry experience in engineering program management
  • Knowledge of camera module development and technology fundamentals
Preferred Qualifications
  • Exceptional leadership skills and ability to inspire team members
  • Outstanding communication, organizational and leadership skills
  • Self motivated and proactive with demonstrated creative and critical thinking capabilities
  • Comprehends and deals well with rapid development cycles; remains flexible and calm in the face of uncertainty
  • Knowledge of silicon development processes
Pay & Benefits
  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $165,500 and $293,800, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
