Your responsibilities would include: Help deliver executive communication/presentations and drive the decision-making process.Manage and support engineering development builds leading to mass production. Keep track of engineering activities such as performance validation, yield optimization, and failure analysis coordination.Support internal proof-of-concept hardware and software development for new application investigations.Efficiently and effectively react to unexpected changes in the program due to outside influences and/or issues that arise. Work with engineering management to define the camera control roadmap. Improve the system: look for patterns, offer best practices and implement change.
  • Product development or engineering experience shipping semiconductor, capacitive sensing, or other electronic hardware.
  • Experience in physics, mechanical, electrical, or material science engineering.
  • Experience with data collection, data analysis, and statistical analysis tools (e.g. Matlab, Python, or JMP).
  • Experience with requirements development, verification, and validation.
  • Ability and willingness to travel internationally.
  • 10 years of relevant work experience
  • Master's degree or equivalent experience in physics or engineering field.
  • Experience interfacing micro-controllers with analog and digital sensors, embedded programming, or signal processing.
  • 5+ years of experience in consumer electronics development.
  • Technical background (e.g. hardware development) with knowledge of sensing technologies and/or system sensor integration.
  • Ability to navigate in ambiguity and uncertainty and see around the corner.
  • Ability to filter and distill relevant information for the right audience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Self-motivated and proactive with proven creative and critical thinking capabilities.
  • Solid problem-solving, failure analysis, and debugging skills.
  • Great organizational and leadership skills, and ability to inspire and align team members.
  • PhD degree or equivalent experience in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, aerospace engineering, or physics.
