Your responsibilities:
- Track engagement lifecycles, chase outstanding actions, and ensure the team stays on course with quality, compliance, and risk-related activities across all projects
- Client project support:Support in building presentation materials and proposals
- Calendar & Inbox Management:Proactively manage partner schedules, timesheets, triage emails, and handle meeting requests
- Stakeholder Communications:draft and coordinate communications on behalf of partners with internal and external stakeholders
- Meeting and Events:Plan, organize, and prepare logistics for client workshops, internal sessions, and large public events
- Travel & Expenses:Coordinate flights, accommodations, transport, and submission of expense claims
- Recruitment & Onboarding:Support our hiring process and manage onboarding of new joiners
- Special projects:Lead and organize small projects, manage timelines, resources and deliver success with no supervision required
- General administrative support:Ensure smooth day-to-day operations
What we’re Looking for:
- A genuine interest in the business of strategy and innovation consulting
- Strong problem-solving skills and an entrepreneurial mindset
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Discretion, integrity, and sound judgment when handling confidential information
To qualify for the role, you must have:
- A university degree in management, business administration or any related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication in both English and French
- Tech-savvy and proficient with Ms Office and quick to learn new tools
- Prior experience within a consulting firm would be a strong asset
- Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint…)
- 1-5 years of experience in a related field will be an advantage
