What you'll be doing
  • Drive new business and manage the full sales cycle for both Aura and Grow.
  • Maintain and grow client relationships while providing UA strategy guidance.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally (e.g. product, marketing, legal, ops) to deliver tailored ad solutions.
  • Analyze campaign data and KPIs to identify optimisation opportunities.
  • Contribute to local go-to-market strategy as the first Aura & Grow representative in China.
What we're looking for
  • Background in AdTech or mobile marketing (UA, monetization, DSPs, MMPs preferred).
  • Proven sales ability to manage pipeline, uncover growth, and close deals.
  • Business-level English and strong cross-functional communication skills.
  • Analytical and performance-driven with data interpretation skills.
  • Experienced in client-facing roles and navigating multi-stakeholder environments.
You might also have
  • Existing client connection is a plus.
  • Multilingual skills (e.g.Japanese, Korean, etc.).
