Your impact
You will act as a first line of support for our cardholders in variety of card related issues, including card declines, limit adjustments, missing payments etc. You will also assist with travel related tasks and help employees with expense processing.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF OUR CREDIT CARD ADMINISTRATOR INCLUDE*:
- Monitoring electronic group mailboxes and providing support to cardholders
- Resolving operational and administrative matters in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Processing credit card applications and cardholder terminations
- Monitoring past due accounts, overdue payments
- Assistance in credit card balance reconciliation and refunds as needed
- Running variety of reports and maintaining departmental database
- Assistance in development of instructions and training materials for cardholders
- Assistance in card program implementation tasks as needed
- Assistance in travel related requests
- Helping with travel end expense related queries
Here's what you'll need
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or Economics (equivalent major or equivalent experience)
- Experience in managing and analyzing data
- Good analytical skills, ability to prioritize work
- Very good knowledge of MS Excel (vlookup) & MS Outlook
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluency in English and Polish, both written and spoken
PREFFERED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience working in multinational company, preferably in a customer service role
