About the role:

Reporting to the Director of Digital Products, the Senior Manager will oversee our AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) global web platform strategy and delivery, driving the evolution of our digital presence and ensuring the highest standards of performance and reliability.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and execute the AEM global web platform strategy aligned with the company’s digital goals and objectives.
  • Influence global and regional experience strategy to design and deliver a global integrated customer experience.
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement in web platform capabilities and user experience.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure alignment of web platform initiatives with broader business strategies.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of global AEM web platform projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of AEM developers and product owners.
  • Ensure the technical integrity and scalability of the AEM platform.
  • Oversee the integration of AEM with other digital tools and systems.
  • Collaborate with related technology stack teams (commerce, customer data, identity, personalization, etc.) to implement integrations and resolve dependencies, ensuring high-quality, unified customer experiences.
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to keep the platform competitive.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing, IT, and business units, to gather requirements and prioritize initiatives.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and opportunities to stakeholders.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure the successful delivery of services and solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and service level agreements.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Digital Marketing, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in web platform management.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing digital teams and projects.
  • Strong understanding of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in project management and communication tools like: Office365, Teams, JIRA, PPT, Slack, Trello, Confluence, MIRO

  • Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Innovation: A drive to continuously improve and innovate the web platform.
