Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute country commercial plans (strategy & business planning) in alignment with global & regional marketing strategy
  • Drive the execution of all product lifecycle processes for products, including product research, market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development, requirements development, and product launch
  • Provide country-level forecasts for demand planning & help address/manage supply interruptions with customers
  • Develop, localize, and execute demand generation marketing programs, including marketing campaigns, customer education program etc.
  • Create promotional tools to support value proposition & messaging and adapt to local needs
  • Ensure sales execution is aligned to strategic and tactical platform & business goal achievement
  • Establish and maintain local KOL relationships to support product growth & adoption
  • Develop & roll-out local launch plan & materials based upon global launch toolkits
  • Deliver key product training for internal & external stakeholders
  • Organize and manage local congresses/meetings
  • Manage capital equipment & service planning, forecasting, pricing, installation, product upgrade etc.
  • Provide key customer insights & market trends incl. competitor intelligence to marketing manager, BU head, country leadership team and/or global business unit from all relevant stakeholders
  • Strong collaboration with cross functional teams (Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Market access, operation, QA, demand planner, finance etc.) for any product launches and supply chain and operations
  • Strong collaboration with regional / global marketing team to execute strategies and tactics globally, and influence their downstream plans to maximize revenue

Basic Requirements

  • Passion to learn and dedicate to improve patient’s lives.
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 7 to 10 years of sales & marketing experience in medical devices or pharma
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English/Korean
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills using both qualitative and quantitative market data for developing strategic plan
  • Excellent interpersonal skill

Preferable Requirements

  • Good understanding & experiences of Arrhythmia or Electrophysiology field
  • + 2 to 3 years of marketing experience in healthcare industry
  • Knowledge on capital equipment / business model
  • Business management experience under both direct and distributor selling environment.
