Responsibilities:
- Leading the execution of large-scale PLM Project that drive global engineering & manufacturing strategies to deliver the strategic business initiatives and End to End stage gate product launch management.
- This includes Part & BOM & CAD Eng Change managements, PPM (Project Portfolio Mgmt), integration to ERPs, requirements mgmt., supplier management, Compliance management, configurator, lifecycle management among other critical activities.
- Responsible for Roadmap, AOP planning, costs / benefits alignment & approval, and tracking.
- Responsible for understanding current state on data, process, systems and organization and map to “to be” process, providing requirements to minimize risks & impacts to Business and accelerate Business Values
- Responsible for creating End to End release schedule for respective Business Units & achieving deployment milestones.– this is the most critical aspect of the job responsibility & project management and execution excellence are critical for success.
- Responsible for driving completion of export control classification of data.
- Accountable for increase adoption & usage metrices in assigned projects to improve existing benchmarks and developing improvement plans to ensure NPI & Sustaining Projects target performance levels are achieved via PLM program.
- Full responsibility to achieve critical KPIs such as NPI Say/Do and quality and productivity targets that are tied to the annual business plans.
- Work with Program leadership from different functions (EOPS, GBEs, Center IT) to understand PLM and PPM application landscape, architecture, existing & upcoming GDM Capabilities, release plan (major/minor) and coordinate in defining the high-level roadmap for Teamcenter configuration, migration, integration needs for Industrial Automation Businss in Honeywell.
- Ensure tracking of requirements, issues, key asks for GDM Capabilities from business and help business in setting right expectations of in-scope/out-scope process
- Responsible for developing business specific training materials and managing end user training in coordination with Business, EOPS & Center-IT Team.
- Remain up to date with newer improvements of Siemens software and its use.
Must Have:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline
- 5 + years of IT experience in leading Enterprise-wide digital IT programs in partnership with business teams
- 5 + years of experience in Enterprise Application management, including leading development teams through solution design and architecture, large deployments, operational support, and enhancements.
- 5+ Years in leading PLM deployment.
- Excellent PLM Knowledge: Workflows, Part & BOM Management, Document Management, AMPL, Product Compliance, Supplier Collaboration, Engineering Change Process, ERP Integration, Configure to Order Products Management. Teamcenter preferred.
- Project Management Experience (PMP, Prince2, Agile ScrumMaster Preferred)
- 3 years in Project Portfolio Mgmt and Stage Gate Processes.
- Knowledge of CAD systems and integration with PLM.
- Problem-solving skills, Application issues, Root cause analysis.
- Working knowledge or ERP especially where PLM integrations are needed
- Strong leadership, effective communication, influencing, and change management skills
