As a Director Program Management at Honeywell, you will be part of the R&D Transformation functional organization within Honeywell Technology Solutions, India and will have a crucial role in leading and managing Engineering Operations (EOPS), Program Management (PMO), Learning & Talent Transformation (L&TT) and Vendor Management responsibilities for HTS India.

You will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution and delivery of engineering projects, driving operational excellence, and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets will contribute to the overall success of the organization. You will report directly to our R&D Transformation Leader, and you will work out of our HTS Bangalore location. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Lead and drive the Engineering Operations (EOPS), Program Management Office (PMO) Learning & Talent Transformation (L&TT) and Vendor Management across HTS India

· Collaborate with cross-functional and engineering teams and overseeing the successful execution and delivery of engineering projects, driving operational excellence.

· Oversee the NPI execution status, NPI launch compliance, and revenue pipeline enabling accelerated NPI launch and meeting the revenue targets across SBGs.

· Develop and implement strategies to drive operational excellence and improve program delivery.

· Lead and drive the transformation of the Learning and Talent function including Technical Resource Review (TRR) and University relationship (UR) strategy.

· Develop and implement strategies to enhance learning and development programs
Foster a culture of continuous learning and growth within the organization.

· Provide leadership and guidance to team members, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

· Responsible for the Honeywell Performance Development (HPD), Global Compensation Planning (GCP), Management Resource Reviews (MRR), Succession planning, Technical Resource Reviews (TRR) and rewards and recognition for the engineers in the COE

· Driving effective people practices through effective hiring strategy, rewarding, motivating & retention strategy and talent differentiation for high performance.

· A good people leader, quick to identify people problems, fosters teamwork and ensures transparency and fairness in all actions.

· Good communicator of vision, ideas, and work requirement. Should have demonstrated transformational results (Innovation, Productivity, Technology) through cross collaboration.

YOU MUST HAVE

· Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering

· 15+ years of industry experience with 8+ years of experience in engineering program management or relevant leadership role

· Proven track record of successfully delivering complex engineering projects on time and within budget.

· Strong program management, process management, technology & strategy management skills experienced technical manager of development engineering.

· Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to facilitate diverse groups, help negotiate priorities, and resolve conflicts.

· Ability to work in highly matrix environment and manage constant change and evolution.

· Strategic thinking and effective management implementation on complex projects

· Strong evidence of change management expertise

· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
