Develop and execute comprehensive ASO/organic growth strategies for multiple games across various platforms (e.g., App Store, Google Play Amazon, Windows, Web) to improve visibility, increase downloads, and drive organic user acquisition.
Optimize app metadata including app titles, descriptions, and keywords to improve search rankings and organic traffic based on keyword research and analsysis.
Collaborate with the Marketing Creative team to optimize app store creatives to enhance visual appeal, highlight key features, maximize conversion rates, and tell the story of Playtika’s products.
Work closely with the Brand & Strategy team to support and measure the organic impact of brand partnerships, TV campaigns, influencer collaborations, and other major marketing initiatives.
Monitor and analyze competitors' ASO strategies, including keyword usage, creative assets, and app positioning. Identify opportunities and best practices to stay ahead in the market and drive continuous improvement.
Coordinate with the game studios to promote new features and major events in the app stores, as well as pitch them to the stores for feature placements.
Work closely with cross-functional teams including UA, analytics, product, and monetization teams to align ASO strategies with overall business objectives and ensure seamless execution across all touchpoints.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.

Familiarity with ASO tools and platforms – a strong advantage
2+ years of experience as a marketing manager, strategic consultant, advertising planner, market researcher, or similar fields - an advantage
