- Experience in an external-facing customer interaction role within customer support, sales, or relationship development.
- This is a customer-facing role that requires interactions in Portuguese and English with local stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in project management using project execution frameworks.
- Ability to interact comfortably with stakeholders at all levels of an organization, as well as influencing cross-functionally.
- Ability to analyze data and insights and translate it to an actionable way.
- Ability to handle objection, manage sensitive communication, and negotiations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
