Create andimplement mentorship programs for Jr Engineers, emphasizing product knowledgeand process initiation
Develop expertise in manufacturingprocesses. Understand process capabilities through critical data analysisand in depth understanding of the product. Develop and modify linelayouts, including material flow, waste reduction, and ergonomics, utilizingLean Manufacturing best practices. Participate in the transition of aproduct from concept to pilot line production and into mass manufacturing, developing documentation andcreating reliable systems
Analyze and optimize productionprocesses to ensure safety while maximizing Overall Equipment Effectiveness(OEE) in cost effective means while driving to achieve world-class qualitylevels. Champion continuous improvement projects (CIP) to maximize yield,capacity, and capability
Leadengineering teams to execute complex projects while maintaining clearcommunication channels and detailed reporting to senior management
Leadcross functional collaboration efforts in the identification, improvement, and mitigationof KPI indicator such as scrap and product cost
Analyze data from various sources toidentify trends in build quality and efficiency. Develop robust and cleardata collection, visualization, and analysis tools. Enable data drivenoperational and financial decisions through predictive insights into tool andprocess performance, including integration of factory data systems and use ofsoftware such as MySQL, Python, R, JMP, Minitab, Tableau and Ignition
Monitor and reduce process variationusing techniques such as Statistical Process Control (SPC) and MeasurementSystems Analysis (MSA). Monitor and audit manufacturing processes toensure product specifications and standards are achieved. Participate inthe development and maintenance of FMEAs and Control Plans. Analyze,develop, process, and implement Engineering Change Orders. Integrateand sustain MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) for area of ownership toenhance traceability and manufacturing performance.

What You’ll Bring
6+ years working on processes withinhigh volume automation and/or electro-mechanical production systems. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, or equivalent relevant experience
Experience developing and improvingprocess. Have a demonstrated track record of Overall EquipmentEffectiveness improvement activities
Good understanding of Bill ofMaterials, Manufacturing Execution System, Specification Management, ChangePoint Management
Data collection and analysisexperience. Ability to develop data driven root cause analyses and solutions
Strong problem-solving skills and anaptitude for learning systems quickly. Able to utilize structuredproblem-solving techniques such as DMAIC, Ishikawa, Five Why (5W) or EightDisciplines (8D). Able to resolve high level performance issues intoaddressable actions
