Responsibilities
- Performs, complex duties that vary in methods, procedures and standards
- Coordinates schedules meetings, arrange appointments, schedules visitors, maintains calendars, and plans travel
- Exercises judgment aligned with BeF5 and LeadF5 behaviors
- Handles and owns projects
- Handles correspondence and assembles and sensitive information
- Works independently under instructions in a fast-paced environment
- Partners with assistants and coordinators throughout the company, sharing knowledge and resources
- Responsible for upholding F5’s Business Code of Ethics and promptly reporting violations of the Code or company policies
- Performs duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum two-year degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience in the administrative field supporting senior leaders; high-tech background a plus
- Experience in understanding and navigating business-specific functions to accelerate problem-solving and proactive tasks
- Advanced skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
- Must have initiative and be able to exercise judgment
- Must have the ability to complete tasks without /detailed instructions
- Project management skills are crucial
- Must be detail-oriented, timely, and diligent
